HHA Program

“To accomplish great things, you must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe.” –Anatole France

Nurse checking his patientAt Renaissance Health Institute, our Home Head Aide (HHA) Program is a 2-week program open to individuals who wish to pursue a career in this growing industry. The HHA Program is designed to help students acquire the necessary skills to perform basic health-related tasks, such as monitoring a patient’s vital signs, taking a patient’s temperature, and more. HHAs primarily offer personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and minor housekeeping services to clients at their place of residence.

Taught by experienced faculty with years of experience in the healthcare industry, the HHA Program will teach students about their duties and responsibilities as a Home Health Aide. They will also learn about the types of patients they will be working with, and they will learn about the various healthcare agencies that employ HHAs.

Upon successful completion of our HHA Program, students will receive an HHA Certification. This certification will allow them to find work in a variety of healthcare settings, such as home health agencies, health care services, residential care facilities, and more.
